| Abstract: | This research explores the identity construction of the Adi Tribe, one of the indigenous communities of Arunachal Pradesh, India. Situated in the Eastern Himalayan region, the Adi Tribe’s identity is deeply influenced by its environment, traditions, and interactions with external forces such as globalization and government policies. This paper contributes to the understanding of indigenous identity in the context of cultural preservation and modernization. |
