| Abstract: | It needs Sustainable farming for the future of Indian agriculture. Mainly focused on eco-friendly methods, includes agro ecology, organic farming integrated pest management, crop rotation, agroforestry, smart technique to soil health, conservation of water, reduce chemicals, and ensure long –term food security etc. The key principles of sustainable agriculture including involve working with nature ,using resources efficiently ,promoting biodiversity and ensuring social and economic viability .Sustainable agricultural practices means ensuring a balance between productivity ,environmental protection ,and the well –being of local communities .It is an approach aimed at meeting the food and production needs of the present society with ought compromising the ability of future generation to do the same .In Practice ,Sustainable agriculture aims to ,reduce harmful chemicals use in farm, preserve soil and water ,foster biodiversity in crops and soils ,promote socially and economically equitable practice .The present study are mainly based on secondary data ,data collected from various recourses.
