| Abstract: | Good Governance is a fundamental aspect of modern administration which includes the principles of transparency, accountability, rule of laws, responsiveness and citizen participations. The Government of Maharashtra has initiated several initiatives to promote good governance and e-governance in the state. These papers explain the concepts of administrative reform and good governance and highlight the key principle, legal Framework for Good Governance and best practices in implementing e-governance (Sevakarmi) initiatives in Maharashtra. |
