| Abstract: | The 21st century has witnessed rapid and transformative changes in contemporary society, driven by technological innovation, globalization, urbanization, demographic transitions, and environmental concerns. These changes have reshaped economic systems, social institutions, cultural values, and political structures across the globe. While modernization has created significant opportunities such as economic development, digital connectivity, improved healthcare, and enhanced social mobility, it has also introduced complex challenges including income inequality, environmental degradation, social fragmentation, and ethical dilemmas related to technology. This research paper examines the multidimensional nature of contemporary social change, identifies key challenges and opportunities, and proposes strategic measures for achieving sustainable and inclusive development. The study is based on descriptive and analytical research methods using secondary data from academic literature, global development reports, and institutional publications. The findings suggest that balanced policy interventions, digital literacy, sustainable development practices, and inclusive governance are essential for managing social transformation effectively in CCSCO–2026. |
