Submitting your work is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to add your document to the Lyceum India Repository.
Quick steps
- From the homepage, click “Click here to submit your document now to the repository.”
- You will be redirected to the submission form.
- Complete the form with accurate, required information (see checklist below).
- Upload your file and click Submit.
What to include (required)
When filling the form, please provide accurate information for each required field. Typical fields include:
- Is the author a registered member of Lyceum India?
- Document Type
- Upload full document(s)
- Amount of Fee Deposited
- Upload Fee Receipt
- Upload your signed Author Declaration (PDF). Download the Author Declaration form. Click Here
File requirements & tips
- Preferred file formats: PDF (recommended), DOCX.
- Check file size limits on the form—larger files may need to be compressed or uploaded as supplementary material.
- Ensure the document is the final version you want to archive (proofread, formatted, and free of confidential data).
- If your submission includes supplementary files (datasets, appendices, images), label them clearly.
Tip: Convert your manuscript to PDF before uploading to preserve formatting.
After you submit
- You’ll see an on-screen confirmation that your submission was received.
All articles published by Lyceum India are automatically added to the Lyceum India Repository (LIR)—no separate submission is required. However, articles published on other platforms must be submitted separately for inclusion in the database.
